  • If arbitration is not mutually agreed upon, either party may bring the claim before a court with lawful jurisdiction in Missouri.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking eligible relief in small claims court or urgent injunctive relief.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer laws will continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.
