Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods when they are displayed during checkout:

Currency

Payment Authorization

Payment is authorized or charged when checkout is completed.

An order is not accepted until:

  • Payment authorization is successful; and

  • We send an order confirmation

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and current tax requirements.

The final order total will be displayed before you submit the order.

Payment Security and Verification

Payments are processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider.

We may use reasonable fraud-prevention checks or request additional verification before fulfilling an order.

Declined Payments and Authorization Holds

A transaction may be declined because of:

Temporary authorization holds are controlled by the payment provider or financial institution and may remain visible after an unsuccessful or canceled payment attempt.

  • Cash on delivery

  • Subscription billing

  • Automatic renewal payments

Bank and Payment-Provider Fees

Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider, including:

  • Currency-conversion fees

  • International transaction fees

  • Account fees

  • Other financial-institution charges

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

After the refund is approved, the applicable bank or payment provider may require 5–10 business days to post the credit.
